Is there an easy way to put pillows in a sham?
Daughter gave me a bed set that included two pillow shams. Every time I wash the sham I have trouble folding the pillow to get it back into the sham. Should I just go down to the washateria and wash the pillow in the sham?
I put the end of the pillow under my chin and pull the sham on. That works for the ones that are open-ended. For the ones with the opening in the back I put in one half of the pillow and kinda let it fall into place, then put in the other side. You could wash your pillow and sham together, but it's very hard to get the inside of the pillow dry, and you might end up with a pillow full of mold and mildew.
I guess each time you wash the sham, it draws up a bit and that makes it even harder. Keep trying.
